First Service Signs Two Leases Totaling 44,909 SF

COLUMBIA, MD-First Service Networks Inc. has signed two leases for a total of 44,909 sf of office space with Corporate Office Properties Trust. The deals are part of First Network’s plans to move its corporate headquarters from Stamford, CT.

First Service is in the process of relocating its corporate headquarters from Connecticut to a 26,051 sf office at 221 National Business Park in Annapolis Junction, MD. The company also leased an additional 18,858 sf of space at 939 Elkridge Landing Rd. in the Airport Square complex located near the Baltimore-Washington International Airport, which will house the company’s operations and response center.
