Investor John Saunders as a single entity known as 2021-61 BCD LLC purchased the property located at 2021-61 Business Center Dr. from HCC. HCC is a subsidiary of Household Financial Services, a national lending institution based in Prospect Heights, IL.

Currently the park has a 10% vacancy rate with 40 tenants currently occupying space, including Celtic Leasing, an equipment leasing company, and Executive 2000, a computer-training firm. The new owner plans to renovate the park with new paint on the exterior and upgrade the common areas, such as the lobby.

John Bosko of Charles Dunn Company's Irvine office represented the seller, and Phil Anshutz of Hensley Realty Corp.'s Irvine office represented the buyer in the transaction.
