Halahan comes to the partnership after serving as director of public relations and job development coordinator for the Emergency Housing Group based in Middletown, NY. She replaces John Lavelle who held the position from April 1998 through February 2001.
The Orange County Partnership has yet to name a replacement for Ann Barber, the organization's president. Barber earlier this year announced her intent to retire.
