According to the terms of the renewal lease, the Walnut Creek-based title company will continue to occupy 12,660 sf in the Glendale facility. The title and escrow company's offices are currently housed on both floors of the two-story Pavilion Building. The facility, which stands at 520 North Brand Blvd, is part of a two-building office complex owned by NBB Associates.
North American Title Co. was represented by Maury Gentile of Julien J. Studley Inc.'s Los Angeles office. The owner, NBB Associates, was represented by Theresa M. Dunn of Charles Dunn Co.'s Downtown office.
