Two Deals Signed at RiverView at Purchase

PURCHASE, NY-Two new tenants have signed lease deals totaling 7,400 sf of space at the RiverView at Purchase office complex. Professional Placement Associates and Rexam Inc. are the two latest tenants at the complex.

PURCHASE, NY-The RiverView at Purchase office complex has secured two new tenants. FMB Real Estate Services LLC was the broker for ownership in both deals.

FMB Real Estate reports that Professional Placement Associates, an executive recruiting firm, has signed a lease for 3,200 sf on the third floor for six years. Rakow Commercial Realty Group represented the tenant in the deal.
