ADP Leases 58,600 for Three Years in North Fulton Market

ATLANTA-The New Jersey-based firm also has a 500,000-sf campus in Windward. The new space is 25 miles north of Downtown.

ATLANTA-New Jersey-based Automated Data Processing Inc., signed a three-year lease for 58,600 sf at Lakeview 400 Office Park in Alpharetta, about 25 miles north of Downtown. The estimated value of the lease is $3.87 million. Rental rates in the area are $21.50 per sf to $23 per sf.

ADP already has a strong presence in the area with its 500,000-sf campus in Windward where the company houses more than 1,500 workers. Sentinel Real Estate Corp. is the developer of the project.
