The firm's Real Estate Management Services division, formed last year, will manage the properties, according to Mike Strle, vice president and managing partner for the division.In the East Bay, Colliers will manage Creekside Oaks in Walnut Creek, a 90,000 sf Class A office project; Desco Plaza, a 48,000 sf Class A office project in Lafayette and a 12,329 sf office at 1181 Central Blvd. in Brentwood.
In Modesto and Reno, the real estate firm will manage a 687,071 sf industrial property at 2612 Crows Landing Rd. and a 178,632 sf industrial property, respectively. In San Jose, the company will manage Stevens Creek Center, a 57,580 Class A office project.
The Real Estate Management Services group provides a variety of real estate-related services such as leasing, property management, asset management, management practices and lease administration. The property management division currently oversees more than 6.7 million sf of office, retail, industrial, multi-family and facilities in Northern California, Nevada and Texas.
Headquartered in San Jose, Colliers has 12 offices in California, Nevada and Texas. The company, which manages 417 million sf of commercial property, reportedly earned $900 million in worldwide revenue in 1999.
