The tenant was represented by Jeffrey Resnick of First Property Realty Corp. The owner, Watt Commercial Properties, was represented by in-house brokers Ed Collins and Kathy McKay.
Watt Plaza consists of more than 900,000 sf of office space and 36,000-sf of retail. It has an occupancy level of more than 90%.
The complex is located near the Constellation Place project, which held ground-breaking ceremonies earlier this week. When completed in 2003, the office high-rise will encompass 700,000-sf.
Aircraft-leasing giant International Lease Finance Corp. recently signed a deal for 127,520 sf at the 34-story building. The transaction is likely worth more than $100 million.
