PR Firm Expands Lease at Watt Plaza

LOS ANGELES-A locally based public relations firm has expanded its lease to 36,000 sf and will now occupy nearly two floors at one of Watt Plaza's towers.

LOS ANGELES-A locally based public relations firm has picked up an additional 10,000 sf in Watt Plaza, in a deal worth $7.6 million. The company, Rogers & Associates, has renewed and expanded its lease at the two-tower office complex. The firm will occupy 36,000 sf or nearly two full floors at the tower, which stands at 1875 Century Park East. In order to create a consistent look throughout the offices, Roger & Associates is renovating both the new and existing space. Gregg Holwick Construction is heading up the tenant improvements.

The tenant was represented by Jeffrey Resnick of First Property Realty Corp. The owner, Watt Commercial Properties, was represented by in-house brokers Ed Collins and Kathy McKay.

Watt Plaza consists of more than 900,000 sf of office space and 36,000-sf of retail. It has an occupancy level of more than 90%.
