The 11,957-sf retail complex was purchased by a local investor. The center, which stands at 7517-7533 Sunset Blvd, was 100% occupied at the time of sale. Tenants mainly consist of local "Mom and Pop" retailers.

Tom Lagos of Grubb & Ellis' West Los Angeles office represented the buyer, the West Hollywood-based Amiri Family Trust. The seller was represented by Ken McLeod, also of Grubb & Ellis' West Los Angeles office. The property was sold by the Kojaian Family on behalf of the Agopian Family Trust of West Hollywood.
