Boulder Plaza Signs 31,500-SF Bed, Bath and Beyond Pact

BOULDER-The 158,997-sf Boulder Plaza has latched onto Bed, Bath and Beyond for its diverse shopping mix. The nationwide retailer has signed for 31,500 sf, with an eye on a store opening by year's end.

BOULDER-Bed, Bath and Beyond is leasing 31,500 sf in the Boulder Plaza in central Boulder.

The retailer expects to move into its space on 28th Street between Canyon Boulevard and Walnut Street by year’s end. Macerich Co., headquartered in Santa Monica, CA, owns Boulder Plaza. “Bed, Bath and Beyond has a long history of attracting other high-quality retailers, which is why Macerich worked so hard to attract this store to Boulder Plaza,” says Mike Busenhart, Macerich’s senior vice president of acquisitions. He says that Bed, Bath and Beyond will complement the diverse shopping mix available in Boulder.
