In addition to 100 Wilshire, the portfolio includes the Brentwood Saltair that stands at 11999 San Vicente Blvd. The other two properties covered by the loan are in the San Fernando Valley: Encino Gateway, at 15760 Ventura Blvd., and Encino Plaza, which stands at 15910 Ventura Blvd.

The portfolio of properties is 95% leased. Commercial real estate lender AEGON USA Realty Advisors Inc. provided the financing. Steven H. Hammer and Richard J. Patterson of L.J. Melody & Co. in Los Angeles arranged the adjustable-rate, five-year loan.
