Douglas Emmett Receives $132 Mil in Financing

LOS ANGELES-The loan, from AEGON and arranged by L.J. Melody, covers the company's own Santa Monica headquarters and three other LA-area properties.

LOS ANGELES-Commercial real estate investment giant Douglas Emmett Realty Advisors has secured $132 million in financing for a four-property office portfolio in the county, including its own headquarters at Santa Monica’s 100 Wilshire building.

In addition to 100 Wilshire, the portfolio includes the Brentwood Saltair that stands at 11999 San Vicente Blvd. The other two properties covered by the loan are in the San Fernando Valley: Encino Gateway, at 15760 Ventura Blvd., and Encino Plaza, which stands at 15910 Ventura Blvd.
