The complex, known as Broadway West, stands at 902-934 Broadway. It was built in 1990 and is fully leased.

The property contains 48 apartment units as well as 21,000 sf of office space above two subterranean parking levels. It is fully leased, with most of the commercial space occupied by government agencies.

The group that purchased the development is an affiliate of Santa Monica-based investor Shaoul Levy. The seller is another private group, Broadway West General Partnership, which developed the project 11 years ago.

Joseph Gabbaian of the West Los Angeles office of Grubb & Ellis, along with Kathleen MacDougall of KHM Management, represented both parties in the transaction.
