ProLogis operates in over 98 markets in the US and internationally. In Houston, ProLogis currently is offering space in more than 26 different industrial properties.
Mecham is ProLogis' Houston representative. Ron Roberson of Houston-based Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group has represented the tenant, Military Industrial Supply. Caldwell Watson is currently representing over 225,000 sf of industrial lease property. The company recently completed more than 10,000 sf of industrial leases for Northchase Investments LP.
