Among the tenants in the park is The Salvajor Co., which employs about 50 people at the commercial food-waste manufacturing plant. A company spokesperson says as many as 40 trains a day are blocking the entrance, sometimes for as much as an hour at a time. The concern is access not only for employs, but for emergency vehicles as well.
A conference will be held March 28 before Administrative Law Judge Christopher Graham.
