Smith Consulting Architects completed space planning and interior design on the offices at 12670 High Bluff Dr. The $1.2-million project was built by general contractors Prevost Construction.

The high-tech firm signed a lease with owner CarrAmerica Realty Corp. last fall to expand into its new corporate headquarters near the interchange of Interstates 5 and 805. The rapidly growing Stellcom has occupied all of 12670 High Bluff Dr., having moved from anotherCarrAmerica property, Wateridge Pavilion.

The Staubach Co., which has represented Stellcom in San Diego, also acted on behalf of CarrAmerica during lease talks.
