US OnLine Expands 308-Unit Oakwood Austin Pact

AUSTIN-US OnLine is beefing up its services at the 308-unit Oakwood Austin complex. Los Angeles-based Oakwood Worldwide owns the multifamily property, which will be getting its bricks connected to high-speed clicks.

AUSTIN-Austin-based USOL Holdings Inc., a technology solutions provider for multifamily properties, has added another holding to its portfolio.

Oakwood Worldwide, which already holds an agreement with USOL Holdings Inc. has amended its service contract to add US OnLine’s high-speed Internet services to the 308-unit Oakwood Austin. A company spokesman tells Globe St.com that Oakwood’s willingness to expand its existing agreement with US OnLine speaks volumes about the company. Oakwood Austin is a member of Los Angeles-based Oakwood Worldwide, the world’s largest provider of corporate housing.
