B. Kelley Parker tells GlobeSt.com the property is a nice product in an area with little to no available product or land. Parker adds that what is available in this area is expensive and this property provided a nice alternative for the buyer. Parker describes the area as the Plaza Del Oro section in south Houston, east of the Astrodome, north of Loop 610 and west of Texas 288.
Parker believes the property is part of an expansion deal with the county. Therefore, he says the property's close proximity to other Harris County buildings had been a key selling point.
