The five building industrial complex, built in 1975, is located within the perimeters of three streets: 2300-2330 Raymer Ave., 501-540 Airpark Dr., and 2356 Moore Ave. All five freestanding buildings are 100% leased. Tenants include Elm Packaging, Lord Label, LAT Sportswear and Compass International.
"The property was highly sought after in the market. There were 16 offers and four of those offers were more than the original asking price," says Louis Tomaselli, of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office, who represented both parties in the transaction along with broker Mitch Zehner from the same office of Voit.
The new owner plans to sell each of the five buildings individually, with Voit handling the marketing of the properties.
