Kroger and Rite Aid have both experienced strong sales performance since leasing space at the property. Their leases began in 1971 and 1972, the company says.
The mall is 100% leased and has retained a high occupancy rate since its opening in the 1970s.The site is located on Packard Road between East Stadium Blvd. and Stone School Road. The Mall is surrounded by numerous residential neighborhoods. The rental values in the area are strong, which are aided by the large residential base provided by the University of Michigan, the company says.
Harbor is actively acquiring retail, office, multifamily and industrial properties. Harbor expects to close on over $150 million of real estate in 2001.
