Harbor Buys Retail, Office Center in Ann Arbor

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI-The investment, development and management firm buys a 83,319-sf shopping and office center in Ann Arbor, MI. The mall is 100% leased and has retained high occupancy since opening in the 1970s.

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI-The Harbor Companies, a diversified real estate investment, development and management organization, recently acquired Georgetown Mall, a retail shopping and office center located in Ann Arbor. Kroger and Rite Aid anchor the 50,537-sf retail portion of the shopping center and Vector Research occupies the entire 32,782 square feet of office space.

Kroger and Rite Aid have both experienced strong sales performance since leasing space at the property. Their leases began in 1971 and 1972, the company says.
