Formerly known as the Merchandise Mart, the Overland Park International Trade Center was owned primarily by the Kansas Public Employees Retirement System.
Sprint, with its main campus and world headquarters less than a mile away, leases about half of the building. The Kansas City Gift Mart occupies about 250,000 sf.
