Thousand Oaks-based Triliad Development Inc. developed the glass-and-concrete tilt-up building for PEGH Investments LLC. The facility is a 145,000-sf R&D complex, located at 5217 Camino Ruiz.

New Focus Inc., the San Jose-based manufacturer of fiber optic products, has leased the building for 10 years. Its recently acquired company, JCA Technology, will occupy the entire facility. JCA, a manufacturer of microwave amplifiers, switches and sub-assemblies, will use the space as its headquarters.
