Frassanito & Associates Renew Space Near NASA

HOUSTON-When NASA's a client, it's best to stay close is the thinking behind a lease renewal for 1331 Gemini in Clear Lake. John Frassanito & Associates, an industrial design firm, has renewed its 2,444-sf spot, where it has officed for the past four years.

HOUSTON-John Frassanito & Associates, a Houston-based industrial design firm that specializes in strategic visualization, has renewed its 2,444-sf lease at 1331 Gemini.

Harris tells GlobeSt.com the company has been in the Gemini building since 1997 and has elected to remain there because of its proximity to NASA, one of Frassanito’s largest clients. The Gemini building is located in Clear Lake, a southeast suburb of Houston close to NASA and Galveston.
