The firm's Albany regional office arranged a $3.15 million first mortgage loan for Access Park, an 80,00 sf industrial park located at 2,4,6 and 8 Access Road and 73 Karner Road in Albany. Through its relationship with Berkshire Life Insurance Company, Legg Mason arranged financing for borrower Schuyler Real Estate. Financing was based on a 25-year term, with a 25-year amortization schedule.

In addition, Legg Mason's Rochester regional office arranged a $1.55 million first mortgage loan for a 23,942 sf Staples store located in Webster (a suburb of Rochester). Legg Mason also arranged the financing on this dealm for the borrower through Legg Mason's correspondent relationship with Berkshire Life Insurance. It was based on an 18-year term and amortization schedule.
