The 17,034-sf office building, situated on 1.3 acres, presently is being upgraded to accommodate the June relocation from 6,000 sf at Baughman Creek Plaza. Jim Perry of Pacific Builders tells GlobeSt.com that the company had just felt it was time to buy rather than lease. The firm employs 40 in the metroplex, 25 of who are in the corporate office, according to Perry. Pacific Builders is ranked as the Dallas-Ft. Worth's 15th largest general contractor. The builder hopes to relocate by June.

Pacific Builders is doing its own upgrade to 3360 Wiley Post Rd. The overhaul is a design of Richard Ferrara & Associates while interior design is being done by Space Planning Specialists, both Dallas firms.

Larry Denisoff, executive vice president, and Joe Martinez, vice president, with the Weitzman Group's Corporate Services Division have handled the sale for the seller, whose identity is being withheld. KJB Properties is listed as the official buyer and has represented itself in the transaction.
