The deal for the building at 591 Camino de la Reina, formerly known as the Mission Valley Financial Center, totals $200,000 in value.
The Shidler Group, the building owner, was represented by Francesca Busalacchi of Meissner Jacquet Investment Management Services. Nationwide Advertising Service represented itself.
Foster Securities, a brokerage firm, also has signed a three and one-half year lease with the Shidler Group for 1,617 sf of office space, at 8989 Rio San Diego Dr. in Rio Vista Plaza in San Diego. The deal is valued at $143,000.
Both sides of the transaction were represented by Jack Kruger of Grubb & Ellis.
