At the Weitzman Group, Jeff Harrison is the new vice president and director of Cencor leasing. He will oversee the brokerage team that's assigned to the Cencor shopping center portfolio, which encompasses more than five million sf in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. He also will create and implement leasing programs and recruit new brokers for the team.

In Harrison's first two years with Weitzman, he has completed 90 leases totaling more than 300,000 sf of retail space. He previously had been with the Archon Group, where he had been responsible for acquisition, management and sale of a commercial property portfolio valued in excess of $150 million.

Wyndham International Inc. has named Joseph H. Champ as its new executive vice president of business development and CIO. Champ, a 19-year veteran of the hotel and resort industry, will oversee development, acquisition, franchising program and disposition of non-strategic assets. In year 2000, the hotelier had sold more than $400 million of non-strategic assets in the first of a three-year plan to realign its focus to core Wyndham-branded products.
