Carter's Mary Frances West and Howard Lee negotiated for the tenant. Jeff McFadden of Trammell Crow Co. represented the owner, Technology Drive I Ltd.

The brokerage's second largest transaction covered 15,144 sf leased by Conroy, Simberg, Ganon, Krevans & Abel at Suite 400 in the 2 South Orange Avenue Building, Downtown. The seven-year-lease is valued at $2.39 million. Carter's Tom Cook and John Doran handled the transaction for both tenant and the owner, Two South Orange Street.
