Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell Opens Office in Ft. Lauderdale

MIAMI-The Miami-based broker of luxury single-family homes and condominiums aims to capitalize on increasing sales in Broward County's wealthiest real estate market.

MIAMI-The market for luxury single-family and condominium sales in Downtown Fort Lauderdale is growing so fast that Miami-based Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell Realtors is opening its third office in Broward County to capitalize on the trend.

A brokerage with a flair for handling high-end single-family homes and condominiums, EWM is leasing office space at 1700 Las Olas Blvd. in the heart of Fort Lauderdale’s waterfront residential district.

“That area of Broward County along the waterfront is where the most expensive real estate is located,” Ron Shuffield, Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell president, tells GlobeSt.com. The decision to open the office in April–the firm’s 10th location in Florida–comes as condominium sales in Broward County are reaching all-time highs.
