In order to receive the ranking, guest satisfaction has to be more than 95% during a three-month period. The 82-room hotel is owned and managed by Denver-based Stonebridge Cos. The facility had opened in June 2000 and soon after had been recognized by Marriott as having the "Best Hotel Opening" of the year. The hotel is west of Interstate 25 at the W. 120th Avenue exit.
"Reaching this level of guest satisfaction is always a thrill," says Navin C. Dimond, Stonebridge founder and principal. "To do it so quickly means this hotel's team possesses an innate understanding of customer service."
Stonebridge is one of the nation's largest independent owners and developers of hotel, with more than 3,000 rooms in its portfolio. It operates licenses for Choice, Hilton, Bass Hotel and Radisson Brand includes Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Radisson and SpringHill Suites by Marriott.
