Liberty Lake Center, just east of Spokane, is a 99-acre business park owned being developed by Metropolitan Mortgage & Security Co. Larry Wibert, VP of Garco Development tells GlobeSt the new $1.6-million building is "only a shell right now," and will remain so until a tenant is found.

The tenant will determine whether the concrete structure will remain a single-story building with 26-ft high ceilings or be finished out with two floors, says Wibert. The leasing agents for the property are the Lucas Brothers of Spokane.

Wibert says the $1.6-million building has been built with an ESFR fire suppression, which eliminates the need for rack sprinklers – allowing an industrial tenant the versatility of changing rack layouts without having to move sprinklers.
