Baker, a director with the firm, has 12 years of commercial real estate experience, all of them with C&W. In 2000, Baker was the top-producing broker at C&W of Connecticut. Among his notable recent deals was the lease transaction with Abbey National Treasury services, which secured space here for its US corporate headquarters. The firm is a division of the United Kingdom's second largest mortgage lender and fifth largest bank.

Kauffman serves as senior director in the firm and has been active in the real estate industry for 16 years, all of which have been at C&W. He has earned C&W's Deal of the Year Award, the Bronze Production Award and was a Top 100 Broker on three previous occasions.

Hruska serves as an executive director of the Brokerage Services Group. In 2000, he closed 22 transactions, both leases and sales, totaling almost 1.2 million sf with an aggregate value of nearly $200 million. Hruska, who has 16 years real estate experience, has earned C&W's Connecticut Area Quality Achievement Award, the C&W Deal of the Year Award for Connecticut in 1993 and has been a Top 100 broker for the company six previous times.
