Three C&W CT Brokers Among Firm's Top 100

STAMFORD, CT-Three brokers working out of Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut offices here--Stephen Baker, Jay Hruska and Paul Kauffman--have been named among the firm's top 100 brokers for the year 2000.

STAMFORD, CT-Cushman & Wakefield has selected three brokers from its Connecticut offices, which services Fairfield and Westchester counties, as members of its Top 100 brokers for the year 2000. The brokers named to the firm’s Top 100 Broker list were: Stephen Baker, Jay Hruska and Paul Kauffman.

Baker, a director with the firm, has 12 years of commercial real estate experience, all of them with C&W. In 2000, Baker was the top-producing broker at C&W of Connecticut. Among his notable recent deals was the lease transaction with Abbey National Treasury services, which secured space here for its US corporate headquarters. The firm is a division of the United Kingdom’s second largest mortgage lender and fifth largest bank.
