Mortenson Development Hires Project Director

MINNEAPOLIS- William R. Abel was a senior vice president at Colliers Towle. He now originates, coordinates oversees project development proposals and assignments for Mortenson's customers.

MINNEAPOLIS-Mortenson Development has hired William R. Abel as a project director. The move is part of Mortenson’s expanded efforts to provide total facility solutions, including development services to meet the growing facility needs of its customers.

As project director, Abel will originate, coordinate, and oversee project development proposals and assignments. Previous to his employment at Mortenson, Abel was senior vice president at Colliers Towle Real Estate and vicepresident at Wells Fargo Realty Advisors.
