According to Gary Woonteiler, the firm's spokesperson, the company is continuing to develop its niche as the only firm in the area that solely represents tenants. Woonteiler says that among area firms, CRESA Partners/Boston has the highest percentage of project managers who do strategic planning, space programming and anything else a company needs to coordinate its move.
"Now with the softer market, firms have more time to plan ahead," Woonteiler tells GlobeSt.com. "Corporate services are becoming more important in this environment."
CRESA Partners/Boston is part of CRESA Partners LLC, which has locations in 14 cities across the country, and a member of CRESA Inc., which stands for corporate real estate services advisors. Through an alliance with Weatherall International, CRESA provides its members with access to over 100 international markets.
