Signature Realty's President Takes on Chief Operating Officer Duties

ORLANDO-John J. Nadler, president of the locally based Signature Realty family of companies, is adding the chief operating officer duties to his workload as the seven-year-old firm prepares to take on a new identity.

Signature will shed its Better Homes & Gardens brand this summer and will be called Signature GMAC Real Estate. GMAC acquired Better Homes and Gardens in 1998 and has been transferring the brand over the past three years.

“Our immediate plans are to become a more diversified real estate company,” Nadler tells GlobeSt.com. “Although general real estate will continue to serve as our core business, we will be utilizing our collective experience and expertise to tap into other areas that will help our company grow.”
