Trione & Gordon/ONCOR Finalizes 52,385 SF in Two Leases

HOUSTON-Fine Arts Express and EOG Resources have new spots in the city. One's headed to 24,268 sf at Allen Center in the CBD and the other to 28,117 sf in University Park along the Gulf Freeway.

EOG Resources is subleasing space in the CBD's Allen Center. The company will take 24,268 sf of office space from sublessor, Battle Mountain Gold.

Fine Arts Express will be moving into a 28,117-sf office-warehouse space in University Park at 5000 Gulf Freeway. Fine Arts specializes in the packaging and transporting of art collectibles.

Trione & Gordon/ONCOR International has worked with Ronnie Duncan of the Duncan Co. to negotiate the Fine Arts lease. Fincher Realty Corp. has acted on behalf of building owner, Schlumberger Technology Corp.
