The seller, Milan Properties, was represented by Bruce Levine of Levine Financial. Levine also represented the buyer, 8938 Tobias LLC and 9010 Tobias LLC.
In a separate deal, HB Victory LLC, a joint-venture partnership between Hanover and Phoenix-based Byxbee Development Partners, sold a Glendale office building for $6.3 million. The facility, located at 1501 Victory Blvd., encompasses 33,000 sf.
HB Victory LLC was represented by Barbara Edmonds of CB Richard Ellis. Edmonds also represented the buyer, Self Realization Fellowship Church.
