Caldwell Watson Broker Picks Up Two Industry Awards

HOUSTON-Caldwell Watson Real Estate has a rising star in its midst, according to NAIOP. Caleb Lawson also is being honored by ProLogis. The NAIOP award is handed out to brokers, with less than five years in the business.

HOUSTON-Caleb Lawson, Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group broker, has been named Industrial Rising Star by NAIOP and also has received ProLogis’ Trailblazer award.

The NAIOP Rising Star award is given to brokers with five or less years of experience who demonstrate through production, community service, professionalism and leadership their promise as a leader in the brokerage community. Mary Descant, another Caldwell Watson broker, had been among the top three finalists for the award.
