The freestanding building has 39,009 sf of office and R&D space. It stands on 2.7 acres at 12723 E. 166th St.

The complex was built in 1978. It is fully leased to AT&T Wireless, which will remain the tenant.

Chuck Wilson of Colliers Seeley International represented the buyer, LA-based Jama Properties LLC. He also represented the seller, privately held Peahurst Properties North America.
