The DaPaul Collection, a home accessories and furniture store, has leased 3,810 sf for its new location. The store previously had been located in Willowbrook Mall, a few miles south of Champions Forest Plaza. Also headed to Champions Forest Plaza is JoAnn's, which has signed for 3,089 sf. JoAnn's is a women's clothing store with five other Houston locations.
Jim R. Smith of Boyd Page has represented Champions Forest in the deals. Boyd Page, a ChainLinks affiliates, is a Houston-based commercial real estate brokerage firm. The company focuses on consulting and transactional services and retail, industrial, office and investment sales.
