Champions Forest Plaza Snags Two More Retailers

HOUSTON-The DaPaul Collection and JoAnn's are heading to the upscale Champions Forest Plaza. DaPaul Collection is relocating from Willowbrook Mall while JoAnn's is opening its sixth store in the city.

HOUSTON-Champions Forest Plaza, located at Champions Forest Drive and FM1960 in the FM 1960 submarket, will add two new retail clients to its upscale shopping center. The retailers will absorb 6,899 sf of retail space.

The DaPaul Collection, a home accessories and furniture store, has leased 3,810 sf for its new location. The store previously had been located in Willowbrook Mall, a few miles south of Champions Forest Plaza. Also headed to Champions Forest Plaza is JoAnn’s, which has signed for 3,089 sf. JoAnn’s is a women’s clothing store with five other Houston locations.
