The company has been working out of a subleased smaller office in One Brookriver Place. Move-in to the 17,872-sf spot is set for April, GlobeSt.com has been told. The pact also includes sign rights for the heightened visibility for Concorde and an option for additional contiguous office space, in keeping its plans to aggressively grow its call center operations.

Arthur W. Green II, managing director, and Sam Weatherby, assistant director, with the Dallas office of Julien J. Studley Inc., have represented Concorde in the transaction.

Darlene Spaulding is the in-house leasing representative for property owner and manager, Macfarlan Real Estate Services of Dallas. Before sealing the deal, there had been a number of evaluations of relocation alternatives, says Green. "Our thorough due diligence search brought us back to One Brookriver Place as the best alternative for Concorde Acceptance," Green says.

The 22-year-old One Brookriver Place is situated at 7929 Brookriver Dr. in the Stemmons Corridor. Macfarlan has owned the 17-story, 152,000-sf property since 1998.
