Burger Construction, Facility Solutions and Furniture Network has completed the first phase of the 38,500-sf project at 10350 Barnes Canyon Road. The $1.8 million project, a conversion of existing industrial warehouse space, will help accommodate growth of the company to more than 200 workers.
The company, which is developing infrastructure for the next generation of wireless communications, has also set aside 16,000 sf for future expansion. It signed a seven-year, $5.4 million lease last month withKilroy Realty Corp. for the R&D space.
