Adams is now responsible for construction and interim financing, permanent lending and equity products Key Commercial's San Francisco office. At Bank One, Adams was responsible for construction and development lending on projects in California, Arizona and Nevada. He also previously established and managed the Northern California district office of GE Capital. Earlier employment includes a stint as senior vice president and manager with Lomas and Nettleton and a term as vice president of the real estate division of Bank of America.

Key Commercial Real Estate is the nation's sixth largest commercial real estate lender with about $7.5 billion in annual financings. It employs 550 staff members in 27 offices nationwide. Key Commercial is a business unit of KeyBank National Association, a subsidiary of KeyCorp with assets of about $87 billion.
