According to the terms of the ten-year lease, the company will occupy 40,000 sf in the mixed-use facility. The property is located at 1550 S. Valley View.
The firm, TRW Aerospace, will relocate to the Diamond Bar facility from its current location in Brea.
TRW Aerospace was represented by Clyde Stauff and Keith Wilson of Colliers Seeley International's Anaheim office. A CB Richard Ellis team of Taylor Ing and Mark Friend represented the landlord, Phoenix-based Opus West.
