A large portion of the business park's infrastructure has been completed, including utilities and roads. The company is offering for sale contiguous sites from two to 86 acres for build-to-suit office, industrial, warehouse and distribution buildings. Boeing says it is letting the prices be "determined by the market."
Phase I of Pacific Gateway encompasses 200 acres. Boeing is projecting development of 2.4 million sf on the acreage. Development of the remaining 40 acres is slated for the development of retail properties intended to support the remainder of the complex.
Up in Everett, two office buildings and one industrial building are for sale at the company's BOMARC complex in Everett. The site is located between the Snohomish County Airport (Paine Field) and Boeing's Everett assembly plant.
The BOMARC Office Building at 9819 Airport Rd. is a 266,812-sf, three-story Class A office building built in 1993 on 15.04 acres. The second office building, at 2405 100th St. SW., is a two-story, 93,000-sf structure constructed in 1997. The BOMARC Industrial Building is a 459,800 sf building built in 1989 that sits on 30.11 acres at 9205 Airport Rd.
In Puget Sound alone, Boeing owns approximately 70 million sf of properties. To advise on real estate issues and assist with the disposition of its numerous surplus properties, Boeing Realty ha obtained Trammell Crow CO, for its Puget Sound properties and CB Richard Ellis for all its other properties. Trammell Crow's Boeing team includes Tom Woodworth, Mike Hubbard and Peter Crolius from the Seattle office.
