The company is bringing in Craig Buchanan as director of retail development and Joe Rossi as manager of real estate finance. Buchanan formerly was an executive in the Orlando offices of Faison Associates and Trammell Crow Co. Rossi is relocating from the parent company's Jacksonville, FL headquarters. He joined St. Joe Commercial three years ago.

The 30-acre Millenia Park is a St. Joe Commercial joint venture with CNL of Orlando. The Millenia project itself is a 400-acre venture zoned for commercial, office and hotel development.

Orlando Southwest Partners are the landowners and developers of Millenia, the largest commercial enterprise of its kind undertaken in Central Florida in 100 years, according to the Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida Inc.
